Øivind Augland
Norway CEO
Øivind Augland is founder and teacher of M4 Europe. He serves as pastor and church planter within the Evangelical Lutheran Free Church of Norway. His calling in life is to bring young people, generations, leaders, churches, denominations and nations side-by-side to increase the expansion of the Kingdom.
Remco Hempenius
The Netherlands Chairman
Remco brings over 25 years of international leadership experience from his time at IKEA, where he worked with leaders and teams in more than 30 countries on topics such as expansion, innovation, customer experience, and organisational transformation. Today, he supports both for-profit and non-profit organisations in creating movement at the intersection of leadership, culture, and strategy.

Maria Boschker serves as the COO of Exponential Europe. She has experience in planting churches and has contributed to several books.
